International Shipping

Shipping from Multiple Vendors
Since we are a multi-vendor store, items purchased from different vendors may arrive in separate packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with tags attached. Certain products, such as custom, intimate or perishable items, may be non-returnable;

Return Process

Step 1: Fill the returns form to initiate a return, or contact us via live chat and include your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: We will confirm the return eligibility and provide instructions on how to return the item to the respective vendor.

Step 3: Ship the item back within 2 days of receiving return confirmation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon receipt.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to and paid to specified accounts within 2 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are subject to product availability and are limited to items of equal or lesser value. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. -
